It's official! Mattie has gone snow skiing and loves it. She and Derick went today. Mattie was in ski school for FOUR hours! Can you believe that? They were gone from 7am until 5pm and they both seemed happy to be (back) on the slopes.
Caroline & opted to stay home. Caroline is NO fun when she gets cold. I don't enjoy skiing, but we are looking forward (Derick and me) to snowboarding lessons in February when my parents are here.
I cannot believe we are leaving here so soon. I love the mountains. This particular ski area is very close to our house...about 30 minutes or so.
