Today was a fabulous day weather-wise. Warm and sunny with beautiful blue skies...my favorite kind of day. We played outside a lot trying to take advantage of the warm temperatures...it is supposed to return to winter tomorrow & maybe even snow soon.
As soon as Mattie got home from school, we headed to the back yard. Caroline, having just woken up from a nap, wasn't too thrilled about the idea & opted to stay inside. About 5 minutes later, I hear Caroline, "Mommy, I want to come out too!"
The she disappeared for a few minutes and finally came out with her pink hello kitty purse thrown over her shoulder. She jumped on the swing with the purse over her shoulder & kept it there the entire time we were outside. I think it was empty, I'm not sure, but it made me smile just the same.
