Derick had to give a briefing this morning. He mentioned that he was nervous and ready to be done. Here is the advice his eldest daughter gave him. And I quote...
"You have to keep the confidence circle going. If you tell yourself you can't do it, you'll make mistakes you wouldn't have if you'd told yourself you could do it."
Wow.
She informed me that she read that advice in a book. What is she reading anyway!?
