What We've Been Doing . . .

I guess everything pales in comparison to indoor sky diving, but we do have a few things to share.

First up, Mattie and Derick finally got Mattie's military ID!! Can you believe that Mattie is old enough to have an official ID? I wanted to take a picture of her with it so badly, but it does have important information on it - I decided not to put it on the Internet.

Last Sunday we joined our church! We have found a wonderful church home at The Village Chapel in Pinehurst. Our entire family fits right in, and we are all enjoying worshipping, learning and making friends. Here we are last Sunday morning:

The JSOC annual ball was Saturday night. The girls spent the night with our friends (Andrea and Craigh Martin). Derick and I enjoyed a very nice party. The girls enjoyed an overnight without mom and dad. Here we are all dressed up:

And finally, the Super Bowl. The Falcons didn't win!? We wore our Falcons attire anyway. We enjoyed the first half of the game with some friends from church then returned home to watch the second half while the girls got in bed.

Needless to say, we've all started the week with a sleep deficit!
