Halloween is always a big deal at our house. We all enjoy dressing up and being silly, but the real reason Halloween is a big deal is because it is Mattie's birthday. This year, she enjoyed a 2-day celebration that spanned the entire weekend and involved lots of family and friends.
Saturday morning, we hosted a family party for Mattie. Grandaddy and Warren also have late-October birthdays, so we took advantage of this opportunity to celebrate together. This party included Grandaddy, Nana, Grammy and Grampy and the Pates. How fun to live so close to one another.
On to trick-or-treating with Mario and Strawberry Shortcake.
We all got in on the action and enjoyed a Halloween party.
