Overload

Here is a day in the life...

For two years, I have been picking up the kids at school on Wednesday afternoon at 1.

At 1:10 today, I am browsing in Black & White and my phone rings. It is the school..."please come pick up your kids, school was over at 1."

What!! I bet the people in the store thought I was crazy the way I went running from there. 

Here's my story...Caroline had to go to school today (as opposed to her our normal Wednesday schedule which includes dance at 10). Well, I thought, I will just leave her for lunch bunch, pick her up at 1:30 and have plenty of time to get to the other kids by 2.

I had this planned out for DAYS.

I may have fooled everyone by taking a morning off for shopping (I got some good stuff) and lunch with a friend, but I am not fooling myself. There is still a lot to accomplish...and time is getting shorter, and shorter, and shorter...
